Woman Reveals Her Four-Ingredient Recipe For Biscoff Cheesecake | TOTUM
Eric BlairMay 17th

If you’ve discovered a love for baking during lockdown, and are now looking for something to move on to now you’ve used up all your black bananas, why not turn your hand to cheesecake?

Because who doesn’t love a cheesecake right? But we’re not even talking your basic cheesecake here, we’re talking combining everyone’s favourite snack sensation, Biscoff, with an already indulgent dessert…

Don’t worry if you’re thinking this all sounding a little too complex - even if you consider yourself a bit of baking novice this recipe for Biscoff cheesecakes is worth a shot!

Using just four ingredients, we’re pretty sure everyone will be able to have a good go at this one.

Shared by an amateur baker on the Extreme Couponing & Bargains Facebook group, you’ll need Biscoff spread, Biscott biscuits, butter and soft cheese - that’s it.

The poster provided a few very simple instructions alongside the picture of the finished article, writing: “Packet of Biscoff biscuits and crush them, add 2 spoons of melted butter, mix it together and press into dish.

"Leave in the fridge for a couple of hours and then mix a full 200g tub of soft cheese with 200g Biscoff spread, add it on top of your biscuit base.

"Leave in the fridge for 3-4 hours to set. I added more crushed Biscoff biscuits round the edge and put two biscuits on top but that is optional.”

And the response was pretty emphatic with people sharing their excitement at the merry thought of recreating the treat…

One person wrote: "OMG I need to make this.” Another added: "I made them for the first time the other day they were gorgeous."

Tagging a pal in the post, a third person commented: "Something easy for u to make.”

For an alternative recipe for Biscoff Cheesecake Squares, you should check out thebakingexplorer on Instagram and if incorporating Biscoff products into as many recipes as possible sounds like you're thing, you could also have a go at making your own Biscoff Truffles.

There are quite a lot of different versions online, but the Biscoff Cheesecake Truffle uses pretty much the same ingredients as the cheesecake.

As long as you’ve got Biscoff biscuits, Biscoff spread, cream cheese and a bit of coconut for dusting, you’re good to go!

The recipe was posted on TikTok by Sydney-based Walla Abu-Eid, 30, and takes just minutes to prepare.

Here's Walla's recipe if you want to try it for yourself.

  • 2 packs Biscoff lotus biscuits (broken up)

  • 3 tbsp Biscoff spread

  • 3 tbsp cream cheese (any type!)

  • Coconut for coating

  1. Crush biscuits and add cream cheese and Biscoff spread

  2. Roll into balls and coat in coconut!

That's literally it! Super easy right?
