Booking your tickets:
Booking your discount travel is quick and easy - just enter your journey into the blue journey planner on the National Express website and enter your unique 15% code at the checkout. Remember, you'll need to book at least three days in advance to claim the discount.
1. This offer gives you 15% off a full priced National Express journey – Excludes restricted fares.
2. Maximum 1 person per booking.
3. The discount code will need to be entered on the checkout page.
4. The offer is not available for travel during the peak travel periods.
5. Discounted tickets must be booked 3 days in advance of travel.
6. Discount is only available by booking online via the special webpage – it is not available through National Express Coach Stations, Ticket Machines, Contact Centre or on-board our coaches.
7. Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer including discount Coachcards.
8. Discount is not valid on festival and event services or any third-party operator services or where accommodation, admission or ferry travel is included within the fare.
9. The offer excludes any booking fees, optional travel insurance, and any applicable postal charges.
10. Students must show their TOTUM/NUS extra card and ticket to the driver on boarding the coach.
11. No cash or other alternative will be given.
12. All tickets are issued and all passengers are carried subject to National Express' General Conditions of Carriage available online and at all National Express outlets.
13. You may take up to 2 medium sized suitcases (70cm x 30cm x 45cm), or one large item that has max. dimensions of 75cm x 50cm x 32cm, free of charge per person, each item with a max weight of 20kg. Any additional items, including oversized items may only be carried subject to space available and payment of an excess luggage fee.
