The following terms apply to the TOTUM promotion (“the offer”) valid for TOTUM members only from 00:01 1st January 2023 until further notice. By completing the joining process on our website and purchasing a Membership with this offer you are accepting all the terms and conditions. You should only join if you have read and accept all the applicable terms and conditions. Additional terms: 1. The offer is valid for TOTUM members who are purchasing our “DO IT” or “LIVE IT” monthly membership product only. 2. The offer provides a 13% discount on the monthly subscription fee and no Joining Fee on the qualifying product selected, for the duration of the membership. Your membership commences from the day of purchase. 3. We reserve the right to increase the monthly subscription fee in the future. Should this happen, you will be notified by email in advance of the price increase, and the TOTUM discount of 13% will continue to be applied to the new monthly fee. 4. The offer is valid for as long as it is available on the TOTUM website. Should the offer be removed from the TOTUM website in the future, any member who has already joined using the relevant code will continue to receive the 13% discount. 5. The offer is valid for current members of TOTUM only. Should your TOTUM membership be cancelled in the future, we reserve the right to remove the 13% discount. Should this happen, you will be notified by email in advance of the price increase. 6. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with another offer. Any products that already have a promotional price on The Gym Group website can be excluded from the TOTUM offer at our discretion. 7. The offer cannot be transferred to another person. 8. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.
